What we collect. Your account details, the business information you give Kelbin, your site content, and — on your behalf — the details your customers share when they chat or book (name, contact, appointment details).

Why. To do the jobs you gave Kelbin: run your site, answer customers, manage bookings and send confirmations. Nothing else.

Calendars. Personal calendars connected for availability are read as busy/free only; event details stay private.

Your customers. They never need an account or password. Booking changes use secure links and one-time codes. Their data is processed for your business only.

Retention & deletion. Delete your account and your data goes with it, within 30 days, backups included.
